Murder

A human soul

a human life

taken because of another's

human strife

Murder, a word that sends chills

down my spine

How can you be afraid of death

when you took another person's

final breath?

You slayed another soul

and yet, you escape

without paying the toll

You deserve the same sentence

For causing their ascendance

You horrible creature,

you killed another soul.

Took their life away.

You are not nature, or god,

whatever you choose to believe in

You do not get the right,

nor can you hold a facade

for long.
