Snowy Meeting

a poem about finding love.

We found each other not long ago

I was playing in the snow

You saw me and you said

“Are you loopy in the head”,

I said no not of late

Would you join me on a date?

That was the start of something new

Who new it could be you,

We spun and dance merrily

What has time done to me?

We laugh we cry we pinch we play

Don’t let there be another day

That I am not beside you.
