Golden Heading

Golden Heading

A Poem by rumi
"

accepted the blue golden heading...

"
It's been a while since October.
I leaned on your shoulder,
Not knowing you were gonna to walk away...
Thought you wanted to help no?
Offered to be my outlet, I plugged in.
Your eyes shine bright like stars,
Comforting me with my scars.
Told to stay away from you but how can I when I leaned so far in?
Risked my life, said your hands are tied,
Yet you still accepted the blue Golden Heading...
Next day you announce your vacay.
2 weeks, saw you pull up one day.
What happened to that stay?
Looking at your parking spot everyday,
Not knowing that you're gone away...
Oh your eyes, oh your smile,
Where are they?
Went out looking for you, no regrets.
Saw you today, the story repeats again...
You listened to my story, then...
Left me all alone.
