A Poem about my Mother

A poem that I made for an old high school assignment with a few minor edits.

My mom is a guardian angel, she'll always protect us

She'll do the work without any fuss

She is as tough as a warrior

Anyone who dares disrespect her is inferior

She'll always help someone in need

She'll always strive to succeed

She sounds as mighty as a lion's roar

Even soldiers admire how she won't give up in the heat of war

Even Athena admires the strength of her

She makes the Spartans look like an amateur

Like Mother Teresa, she is kind-hearted

With all her work, in the end, she is always rewarded

She is like a dreamcatcher who wards off bad dreams

She'll do anything to make her kids happy by all means

She is as caring & loving as a bear with her cubs

When you're sad, she will make you feel better with her hugs

She is the one who carries us through the path of life

She is the one that will be with us even in the afterlife

My mom is elegant & respected like a queen

She really is the strongest woman I've ever seen
