Replacement

Replacement

A Poem by rvnwlf248
"

Its pretty free style. It doesn't really rhyme at some points, its more like a song I guess but it wasn't supposed to be like that originally.

"
It seems I've replaced you- but I didn't mean too. No- I didn't want you to go. I guess I drove you off the road when I replaced you, and I'm sorry. You were hanging out with the guys, and I went out to party that night. That's when I saw him standing there; I could feel it in the air. There was an attraction. But I couldn't do that to you- it wouldn't be fair. Because I was a good girl- I still am. I didn't mean to do that to you, I know that you are just a man... So you left me to sit there in the dust; but I deserved it so leave if you must. I would have come back to you-- and we could live a happy life. But I replaced you, thought only for a night- So now, I am another man's wife.
