UntitledA Poem by Marian ElizabethMagical, Fox, Metaphor
There is a lot to be said regarding magical foxes.
Eyes like glittering gems That split the most private parts of souls. Evil eyes, slanted up, up! Mastering oval shapes. A snout of the reddest lips, Wicked bubble, thick and plump, Drawing conniving smirks. Scheming Hearts, Hidden Tails, Casting ancient binding spells In the open light of day, In the secret death of night. These creatures, man! Sensual thieves with clever, plotting minds Famous for fooling males With illusionary sights. May lightning struck me right now If I haven't been called one. © 2026 Marian Elizabeth |
