i love subs i love pizza and olives

no salt  no sugar

no carbs     no weight gain

be careful of what you eat

the words are in my consciousness

whenever I  see pretzels, cupcakes, pizza,anchovies, or olives

no no   

restrictions

are no fun

but why carry extra fluid in the body

listen to the No's  and live

well I have been sick and have some water retention so that is what the nurse said plus way before her.. but I love pizza with anchovies which I have not had in a long time but yum it is good...
