Never Ending Love

I tried to make it free verse but also let it fall together.

You used to be proud,

Of everything we had.

 

But then I lost the feeling,

Of how you loved me.

 

I watched you walk away,

When I should've asked you to stay.

 

I miss our Love,

And our laughs.

 

You were my only one,

But I wasn't your number one.

 

I guess now is the time...

To say our good-bye,

And stop wasting all this time.

you do have a knack of simplifying such intense moments, it is good that you do that...Most love poetry is too flowery and can be more involved than the situation it is trying to portray
