Sitting in the dark

Without moonlight

Without a sound

Waiting

For something to appear

Or things to disappear

No one seeing you

Everyone sees you

Not even the stars

Can show you the way

Away from this

Silence

Away from those

Who don’t believe

Far from yourself

Even in this darkness

Even with this beautiful silence

You’ve gone away

Hidden from

Them all
