Response to Anselm's "Fairy Tales" (Sonnet II)

A Poem by Marshal Gebbie

Aaargh yes.....

With mighty clap
The Thunderhead with venom breaks.....
And jagged lightning streaks across the sky,
Blindingly, the white flash downward snakes
To impale the earth where frogs, unlucky, die.

Ha!
