I love you

Is it so hard to believe?

Once, I didn't believe in us

Now there's nothing else I know more

I told you I was leaving

I wouldn't be there for long

Yet you pursued me

and I left myself be drawn

I shared that special summer,

Almost everyday with you,

It seemed so crazy

It seemed so odd

That I who didn't believe in young love,

Would be so taken...
