Why I started writing in the first place

My mind coalesces ideas in my head

My thoughts they never leave me

It wasn’t until pen took to the paper

That managing the noise became rather easy.

This was another piece I used for a listed contest. I was on the lookout for something to challenge my and my writing isn't necessarily so succinct. I was happy with the final result.

I really liked this however I think you meant "becomes rather easy" instead of "because rather easy" Mistakes do slip through sometimes :p

sorry I made a mistake, it should be; became rather easy :) it wasn't until pen took to paper that managing the noise became rather easy :) still a great poem
