To The Beach

I'm aware that it's late
But go fetch your coat
For I want to drive down to the beach
To shout out my pain
Across that cruel sea
And know that you're there within reach

For I'm suffering again
Deep down inside
And at times it is too much to bear
So please fetch your coat
Let's not waste any time
For I need to breathe in that sea air

Let the wind from the sea
Blow my troubles away
Hold me close for I know I will cry
Feel my tears on your lips
My life in your hands
And promise you'll never ask why
