Remembered

Remembered

A Poem by mathiasthom

Goodnight, crystal clear
branches, rooted in twisted frozenness
light is fading crimson tears
Over the ground swirls perpetual loneliness
expectations, disintegration
Crumbling markers, faded calling cards
Walking among the silent plots,
wondering about the have-nots
waiting with the patience of centuries
remembered in golden summer memories...
