ROBIN III

ROBIN III

A Poem by Michael Sun Bear
"

A lost love

"

ROBIN III

Memories are like snowflakes

So fragile

Each unique

So easily destroyed

Especially those of Love

Hate not so much

I have a thousand

Upon a thousand

Snowflakes of you

I have kept them in the darkest

Coldest corner of my heart

Where they have never melted

Never will

Wow. What a way to describe a bad break up. Hopefully over time those snowflakes will melt and you'll remember some of the good times.

Thanks for reading Carrie
Love is like a snowflake that will melt over time...the second verse is a knockout!!! WOW how you portray "hate" is strong and powerful and meaningful.... Great brevity!

Thanks Betty, always nice to have you as a reader
Wow. The second verse is emotionally raw and to the point. Nicely done. ~Jim
