I swear im not hallow

I swear that I'm not hallow.  

there's something still behind these brown eyes 

still keeping me whole surviving the hands of time 

I swear that I'm not hallow 

my beating heart lets me know I'm still alive 

I swear that I'm not hallow 

why do I still feel dead inside?
