Today the world sings,

Are we the only ones who can hear

Anything?

No.

It’s not the noise, falling

Hard and fast

Are we the only ones who can hear

Pain suffering?

 

So today the world cries.

Today I know you’re walking

Far away…from leaving me

We may hear the sad cries more then when the world sings. Easy to recognize the pain and hurt in this world. I like the flow and the questions. Complete poem was strong. A skill writer can write a complete poem in so few words. A excellent poem.
