CONFUSED

This piece talks about the difficulties in trying to make decisions in life

Alone I lie in a sad state,
Thinking of the future and my current fate
Voices in my head but none I can hear
My head is spinning like a merry go round
Trying to make it stay at one place
I look around, but no where to settle

Here you capture well the state of confusion and indecision.
And I also noticed, whether you meant it or not, to reflect the concept, theme and mood of the poem, your rhyme scheme also seems indecisive.
Because the the first two lines (couplet) rhyme whilst the rest don't, which helps with the title and mood to reflect a confused state of mind.

The overall poem is wonderful.
