The selfish thinking of humanity

Makes believe we will destroy

The world of ancients, but

Mother Nature will survive

 

Despite the fires and pollution

She will continue to thrive on

Adapting, ever changing

As she always has done

 

We are but a passing moment

In the endless flow of time

 

We cannot kill eternity, instead

We must live to survive

 

Only ourselves can we annihilate

Only ourselves will die off

 

Change is not a mindset

Change is a life choice

 

Only ourselves can we control

Only ourselves can live on

 

There is no surviving when

Destructive creation is our way

Becoming one with the world
