Today I feel my heart as it breaks

As tears stream down my face

My broken heart it aches

I was your saving grace

To love and to cherish

All the days of your life

Who new we would perish

I was your wife

My heart is shattered

You didn’t keep your vow

I thought I mattered

But, I don’t miss you now

As we part ways my friend

I know in time the pieces of my broken heart will mend
