I remember the day I saw you

You took my breath away

I stood there unsure of what to do

I hoped for something to say

You looked at me in the corner of your eye

I remember the electricity shooting through my body

And in that moment I knew this feeling wasn't a lie

You were the real thing not just another hobby

Sure the first four years were hell and back

And yeah there were a few fits 

Maybe here and there a smack

But our love persists

16 years later when I wake up in bed...

you're still there

When I lay down my head...

 you're still my air

So today I think of only you

And if we never saw each other that day

I don't know what I would do

So I just wanted to say

you did this so well Micky.. it had a little sweet, a little playful, a little romance, and a little reality expertly woven into this beautifully moving mix.. your rapid improvement is impressive.. only critique on this one is there are a few places meter could be tightened up to improve flow, but overall, it is nice..
