When All Hell Breaks LooseA Poem by Milena Grubor
In
the crypt of thought, where silence screams, Each
scar a script in a cursed design, When
all hell breaks loose, I’ll drift like mist, Despair
descends like a tomb-sealed gate, By
candle’s flicker, I lie awake, My
dreams decay like frostbitten vines, Friendships
broken, sharp as glass, I’ll
strip the crosses from the wall, When
midnight strikes with cruel delight, And
when the silence claims the day,
As
this long year begins to close, © 2025 Milena Grubor |
