It's true.

Don’t hope

Why bother?

You’d get hurt

It spins you round

F***s you up

Why bother

This world is s**t

Don’t expect

Why bother

The unreachable

Will never get closer

It only leads to hurt

Why bother

Not bad, I think the phrase "why bother" may be too overused. You could leave only the first and last ones and delete the rest and I think that would help the flow better.

Thanks again! i was trying to give it more of a structure,but i wasn't sure if it worked or not.
