Still soulless zeal

I have known shackles that fade

The relentlessness within

Tis’ but lonely desolation

And the zeal that’s only sin.

 

Yet it’s still a torch ablaze

Sparking just above your braid

It’s a grieve that’s keeping me

Exlied from song you played.

I really like the formatting of this piece. It made me believed that in every hardship, sparks of joy/happiness/contentment is never far away from where you are. That there will always be a muse somewhere out there... very expressive!
