Author's Note

This story is not fully developed. Later I will buff it out with further explanations and a longer, more intricate timeline. Even then, this is very much a short story, not a full-length novel. ALSO, please keep in mind during reviewing that I am fresh out of high school, I wrote this as an English class assignment (one that was 5 times longer than requested, by-the-bye), and I'm not very experienced at extended writing. Please, don't be too brutal. -smiles-

And one other thing to keep in mind: I admit that this story may be heavily influenced by the Blade movies with Wesley Snipes. ^^; What can I say? I'm a fan.
