She was scared of me

She was scared of me

A Poem by Celtore

After she told me I went on a binge.
I took three beers out the fridge.
I drank them first while holding down tears.
I looked down, I still had 2 beers.
I drank the second one in a rush.
I looked at Emily, her look was crushed.
She started to cry as I drank the third.
I wished I was a bird.
I passed out for a good 2 hours.
I dreamed of her dead covered in flowers.
I awoke to her crying in a corner.
I walked over to hold her.
I was so sorry I balled for hours.
‘I love you baby and Im sorry’ Is what I had said.
I was sorry I scared her.
Oh was I sorry.
I went to the bathroom and got rid of what I drank.
I leaned against the wall and down to the floor I sank.
Morning came quick.
I still felt so sick.
I got rid of the cans.
Emmy got up and got dressed.
She looked at me, boy was she stressed.
I looked at her brother and said to myself ‘In the end you will pay.’
Nobody hurts my best friend.
His death will be my pleasure.
His blood on my hands will be my treasure.
