My Masquerade

My Masquerade

A Poem by Celtore

My smiles just pretend
I cry when Im alone
My true feeling for you
Are very little known

Ill smile just for you
So you think that Im okay
But you’ll never know
The damage you did that day

Im good at pretending
I manage quite well
I can hide my feelings
So hardly anyone can tell

So Im gonna smile
Maybe laugh a little too
Then I might not hurt so bad
When I think of you

:) Smiles that crave for compassion, a very delicate poem indeed!..
