Purging fireA Poem by Kimberly "Melody" Carney***FIRE***Flaming feathers, uplift our hearts. Releasing, tainted fears in me. Warmth, the coldest darkest parts. Returning, blessing’s unto thee. Sprit fire, melt this scared soul. Becoming liquid, purging trance. Purified as gold, restored, whole. Beckoning flames, with you I dance. I fear not, the flame nor the pain. I free myself, finally free. Old worries, now washed and slain. A purged soul, I now will be. © 2012 Kimberly "Melody" CarneyAuthor's NoteReviews
