There is a force more destructive than any storm

 

clean up can only come from within

 

It’s caused by self-doubt rising up

 

 from the depths of your fears,

 

causing deep seated panic; from things unseen

 

Builds up in your mind until it’s The Beast that Would Not Die

 

It’ll control you if you let it; destroy you if it can,

 

but you can fight it; fight back against the dark
