Owen Torgerson

Owen Torgerson

A Poem by Michael Stevens
"

Another of the fictitious neighbors that I see 'From My Window'

"

Oh, look at that rain, just like my life; falling

Seems like there’s a black cloud following

me around lately, dumping rain and wind

on me, constantly; it seems that when

something looks like it just might be

working out for me; may head in a

positive direction, life says, “Not so fast,

there, Skipper!  Hey, that’s Owen Torgerson”;

 and it blindsides me, big time.

I used to have a great job and a

beautiful girlfriend, but I lost both

Now, I spend my time looking at the freak next door

looking at me; what, is he judging me too?
