Long Time Gone

Long Time Gone

A Poem by Michael Stevens
"

Photographs

Glimpses though the lens of a long-ago camera

bring hazy remembrance of almost-forgotten memories

What was I thinking of; why was I there?

Look at my outfit; look at my hair;

of course, that’s when I HAD some!

I wonder what my dreams were?

Some pictures I remember like they were yesterday,

some memories are a long time gone
