The following is based on a conversation I had with Brucek, upon receiving a review, and after I received one also

 

Apparently, I Suck and Didn't Know It!

 

With much anticipation, I start to read

 

a review of my writing; but even before

 

I start to read, I see they've given it 1

 

star out of a possible 6; so I know it's going

 

to be bad; I gird myself to refute all of his criticisms

 

in a polite manner, where I'll say I was

 

parodying an advertisement; but what do I see?

 

It sure doesn't take very long to read; 'WTF?'

 

Apparently, all this time, I've been fooling myself

 

I suck, and didn't even know it!

 

Why didn't anybody tell me?  Thanks a lot!
