Y'know, so many times on here, I need to repress my English teacher persona who is bristling with frustration over all the disjointed and florid crap she reads here. But then I drag out the vapid persona of the clinging, cloying fan. Just to survive, man. The one time I really ripped someone, she came back to me with ridiculous excuses like "I never use spell check on first draft, only if I know it will be published!" So I ripped her again; she's claiming a degree in anthropology, then tells me she is still in secondary school, and that she has already been accepted into a creative writing school in the US. She kept sending me emails with more swiss cheese statements that I just ignored. I hate it when people come on here and promenade their fantasy self and make outrageous claims. But I do want to encourage folks to keep writing because if they truly study, revise and think about what they're doing, they will progress.

My worst fear is to offend someone, who's proud of their work, because I know how much work they put into it. I wrote this when I reread a comment I left trying for funny, and not to offend, but I could see how it maybe could have been taken the wrong way.

I write for fun; I write comedy pieces and some dramatic stuff. I have no formal writing education, and I have a fear of being told I suck, and maybe I should give up on writing, and get a job makin.. more..
