Inner-Voice Warning; Silent!

Inner-Voice Warning; Silent!

A Poem by Michael Stevens
"

Self-Governing; off!

"

Ordinarily, I have an inner-warning voice

that warns me not to send something arcing down

The Electronic Super-Highway; where it is gone;

you can't get it back, no matter how hard you wish!

Sure, you can delete it, but there's no real way

that you can be sure that the author didn't see it

So your comments are neutered, unless you're a dick;

 out just to prove how much smarter you are than

the author, in which case you really are a dick!

Always pay attention to the inner voice. You can always send it later.

Good advice, but for some inexplicable reason, sometimes I seem to be deaf to it!
One-up never proves much. Once the pitch is thrown, there is no getting it back. Write what you feel, not what is dictated. Write in the freedom that God has given you. I may not always agree with you, but that's the beauty of America and the freedom God gave us. God bless!

Thank you much, A.H!
It is better to read and not review than to be unkind or hurtful. I think the best way of managing your writing is to not worry so much about others. I think I have 67 pieces here and 3 reviews, one of which is their own beliefs piggy backed to my article. The review was just drivel . So chin up
