Dear Winfred; Dec. 6A Story by Michael StevensAdvice (NOT good!) columnWarning; advice given is NOT politically correct!
"Dear Winifred, I have the worst job
ever in the history of lousy jobs, My
boss is a tyrant who rules with an iron fist.
He works all his employees like dogs, and is always pushing to squeeze
every last bit of productivity out of us.
He won't pay for vacations, and says if we don't like it, tough, sue
him. He claims that vacations and sick
days are just used by us to get out of working.
We've tried to turn him in, but he uses creative bookkeeping whenever
Labor and Industry comes around; everything on paper looks great, but the
reality for us is a totally different matter.
I just don't know what to do; signed Desperate."
"Dear Desperate, it sounds to me like
you have a real chunk hole for a boss, and if I were you, which I'm definitely
not, I'd think 'sabotage'. Subtly screw
up whatever product you're charged with producing, and hopefully he'll be a
little more receptive to your complaints.
If some innocent people are injured or worse because of your sabotage, tough
t*****s. When he comes unglued, simply
say the mistakes you made where the result of fatigue, because you never get
vacation; unless he's your father or father in law, or some other relative,
then all bets are off. Winifred." © 2013 Michael StevensReviews
