Advice (NOT good!) column

 

Warning; advice given is NOT politically correct!

     "Dear Winifred, maybe you can help me with a disagreement I've been having with my husband.  He insists on watching war movies at full volume when my knitting club is meeting in the other room.  Needless to say, the girls and I don't appreciate this.  Should I mention this to my husband that I think he's being rude?  Signed Fed Up."

 

 

     "Dear Fed Up, it all depends on what war movie is playing.  Some of those, like old John Wayne movies, are pretty descent, but most are s**t piles.  I really don't blame your husband.  A knitting club?  Oh wow, he's really missing out on listening to a bunch of ladies babbling on and on about yarn, for hours.  Give the poor guy a break, and maybe a beer, or five.  Winifred."
