Laughing Before I Cry

Probably not this bad yet, but then again...

        Unreal scenes on the T.V. screen

 

make me say, "What year is this,

 

2013 or 1613?"  I really can't believe

 

what I'm seeing; backwards into the

 

new dark ages we go, with all the progress

 

we've made as a country under assault

 

by out-of-touch politicians, who don't

 

seem to care about the will of the people

 

They live in the Fox News bubble;

 

an alternate universe, more right than conservatism,

 

where women live to take care of their man,

 

stay at home and become a baby machine

 

They're seen and not heard; why would they

 

want a career when they've got their man

 

to take care of them and decide everything?

 

And a right to choose; please!  Men know best

 

what a woman wants, and voting rights; white men

 

are all the voting rights we need

 

So I've just got to laugh, before I cry!

Just to push some buttons here, what are CNN and MSNBC? Do they live in a bubble? Are they the protection bubble for the president? And I see you still make this about race. And do you think that all women embrace abortion and free contraceptives? Highly unlikely... Why watch FOX News if it's all a joke to you? I don't watch FOX, I read and listen. Anyways, you need to get out of your bubble and listen and read. Our country is being taken away from us. And those tears, they're because you see what's happening to our great nation and the man you cherished and adored is no different than any other politician that he said he was not like. He was to be the hope and change, a new way of American Politics. Answer me one question, why have a foundation? A set of principles?

Oh,I just use Fox as an example of pack mentality. I still believe in Obama; yes, political realities have opened his eyes, as well as mine, but I'd still rather have him making critical decisions than, say, Ted Cruz. Now there's a truly dangerous man, and the whole Tea Part movement is an unfunny joke, and the joke is on us. If we were to follow their vision for the country, God help us all. What upsets me is the impact they're having on moderate Republicans, who are so afraid of a primary challenge from The Tea Party, they say and do things way, way out there. It's like they are being pushed so far to the right, nothing can get done. The term 'moderate Republican' has disappeared. What's being badly harmed by this 'no compromise' mentality, is our very form of government, which is entirely based on compromise. I'm not saying that the far left is any better, although my own political beliefs lay in that direction, I'm not naive enough to believe we can get everything our way. I think both the far left and the far right just don't get it. The difference is, the far right is now the entire Republican Party.

So what's wrong with Ted Cruz? Are there Blue Dog Democrats? Compromise is what wrecked our economy and it will wreck it again. Checks and balances is what's going on in D.C. thanks to the Tea Party.

If that's what you think, we're in deep s**t; and Ted Cruz is an ignorant bully, who wants everything his way; except he forgot one thing, his way is the road to ruin!

If fiscal responsibility is the road to ruin then point me in that direction. We are on the road to ruin the direction we're going right now. The growing of government only leads to one thing, broke. Not to mention smaller citizens.

I don't understand the critics who say Obama' spending like a kid loosed in a candy store; the truth is that the deficit has almost been cut in half; the Ted Cruz's of this political world don't talk about that much; it's easier to attack him as another example of a liberal who's out of control spending has to be reigned in, by them, of course!

Yeah, I personally think they're not news, they're a propaganda platform for the far right. I know that both the far right and the far left do this, but I think it's worse on the far right.
