Dear Winifred; Feb. 7A Story by Michael StevensAdvice (NOT good!) columnWarning;
advice given is NOT politically correct!
"Dear Winifred, I'm so lucky to have
friends to lean on when times get tough.
I can't imagine them not being there.
It's comforting to know they're always going to be here for me. What would we do without friends? Signed Lucky to Have Them."
"Dear Lucky to Have Them, I'll tell
you what I'd do without them, I'd be
able to drink the whole six pack instead of just two or three; I'd quit going
broke trying to feed them; I'd actually have room to move around when they show
up drunk after a night out at the tavern (and not inviting me) and crashing at
my place. You said it yourself; they're always going to be there. Eating?
They're always there.
Drinking? They're always
there. Sleeping? They're always there. Hell,
they're always there! In other
words, they're always there! Constantly! Winifred." © 2014 Michael Stevens |
