     "Dear Winifred, maybe you can help me, see I recently..."

 

     "Dear Himalayas, I wouldn't worry too much, a little swelling is normal.  Not that I've ever gone through the procedure, no, a friend did, but the results are well worth the discomfort, believe me.  And you know they're big enough when you'd get stuck in the door jam if you turned sideways, or so I've heard.  Unfortunately for my friend, she had to have them removed when she started to float skyward, but let me tell you, the looks I--err--she received!  Winifred."

Really Winifred had err..... a procedure done huh.I say procedure because I don't know if its her breasts or balls .We already know she has huge balls lol:)
