     "Dear Winifred, hopefully you can help settle a long-standing family disagreement, see, my father claims that the reason we have intellect is we were made this way; I say it's because of evolution.  What do you think?  Signed Always Curious."

 

     "Dear Always Curious, there's two things I made a promise to myself to stay away from taking one side or the other; they're religion, and sex although I'm not very successful at this one; it's too damn easy a target.  Religion because no one can know the answer until it's check out time at The Last Breath Inn, and sex, because who wants to get revved up if your car is stuck in the pits with a malfunctioning crank shaft?   Oh, I stand corrected; there's a third thing I try to stay away from; answering a bullshit letter from some pathetic cretin.  This letter would qualify under that.  Have a nice day!  Winifred."
