Dear Winifred; Mar. 28A Story by Michael StevensAdvice (NOT good!) column
Dear reader; I've decided NOT to post these every day; I'll post them whenever I damn well please, okay? Sure, I could give you a reason, but that would be acknowledging that I actually give a s**t WHAT you think! Winifred
Dear Winifred, I'm a 60 year old
grandmother, and I was completely shocked by the rudeness displayed by a 20-something
driver yesterday. I was driving on a
2-lane road, and traffic was heavy coming the other way. It was pitch dark and pouring rain, and I was
being very cautious. This car with music
blaring so loud, I could hear it in my car, and super-bright headlights that
must have been left on bright, came up until he was really close. I guess I wasn't going fast enough for him,
because he started honking and flashing his lights like I had failed to see
him. I managed to pull over to the
shoulder, and he zoomed past, his horn blaring, and as he passed he flipped me
off; I could see his leering face in the light of a street light. I, needless to say, was extremely
flustered. What ever happened to
civility behind the wheel? Signed
Defensive Driver
Dear Defensive Driver, too bad you didn't
give that dick driving a car both barrels of your middle finger. I mean, turning the other cheek is all fine
and dandy, unless he's smacking you figuratively on your a*s, then you should
keep the same cheek pointing toward his butt-ugly face and wiggle it around
like a helicopter blade. Show him
exactly what you think of today's youth.
Increasingly, we live in a world more and more dominated by young people
who just don't give a s**t about anybody but themselves. It's up to us to show these uncaring b******s
exactly what we think of THAT idea!
