Through the Looking GlassA Poem by Michael StevensHow others see me
I've found a very special looking
glass,
One that allows me to step outside
Myself and see how others view me
I turn it to the left and I see the
Happy-go-lucky me; the funny guy
Who doesn't take much seriously
But I turn it to the right and see
the
Brooding, morose me who sees
nothing
Remotely humorous in the world
around him
I see everyone expecting the
former,
But sometimes getting the latter
