Turns Out, Time Has a Temper!

We all try to tame it!

Tick tock, tick tock; ah, the eel-like b*****d!

 

It slips and slithers away, and hides from the light

 

You try to catch it, but you might as well

 

Try catching the wind with a fricking net!

 

Once, I thought I had caught it, sealed it

 

In a jar, and placed it on the shelf while I slept,

 

only to find the damn jar empty the next morning,

 

And a note left behind by the captive b*****d;

 

"Did you really think you'd captured me; tamed me?

 

Ever heard the saying, 'time waits for no man?'

 

Did you think that didn't apply to you?

 

I'm on the loose, and I'm pissed, so suck it!"

 

Turns out, Time has a temper; who knew?
