Against all the bullshit I see around me

 

Politics, the media, and everything else

 

It's hammer time against this unfunny

 

Joke we call politics; I mean stand-ups in

 

The guise of serious 'leaders'; really?

 

Clowns in a three-ring circus,

 

Performing slight-of-logic tricks in the

 

Circus tent marked 'Media'; while 'reporters'

 

'Report' verbatim, exactly what the political clowns

 

Want you to see; 'Nothing in this hand...",

 

While with the other they're yanking our chain

 

And we, the circus goers, don't want to,

 

Or don't have the energy, to see the truth

 

All we seem to care about is buying an 'I Love the Circus'

 

Tee shirt; yes, I use sarcasm and humor

 

In a vain attempt to keep the serious at bay,

 

But it's no longer working
