We Interrupt This Fantasy...

...with reality!

 

Reality, what  a downer!  As a concept,

 

It sounds okay, but the truth of it

 

Is, it can mean facing things we'd rather not face

 

I like the world in my head much, much better

 

In my mind, nothing bad ever happens;

 

It's like having a constant buzz without the bad;

 

You never have to live with the consequences

 

Of your decisions; if something doesn't work out,

 

Just change it; it's easy, all you have to do is think

 

Of another ending!
