The Happy Thoughts Army is battling the Bummer Army

 

For control of my brain, and not just battling,

 

The fighting hand-to-hand, gouge-out-your-eyes,

 

Whatever-it-takes-to-win, desperate kind

 

The very fate of the world, or at least my mood,

 

Hangs in the balance, and I'm caught in the crossfire
