Lifeline Severed!

Totally-dependent on the Internet!

                                                            

 

Quite an unpleasant shock to wake up, 

stumble over to my computer 

push internet access, 

and nothing ... zip! 

Suddenly I'm informationally-blind, 

the world could have stopped rotating, 

the seas could, even as I sit here pissed, 

be flooding inland. 

And a 50 foot wall of radioactive water from Fukushima 

could almost be about to crest just outside my house, 

and... come to think about it, that's probably what's wrong? 

yeah, now I'm sure of it--oh god, I'd better get to the boats!
