Cyclops!A Poem by Michael StevensOne Freak-A*s dog!![]() Hello, Cyclopes the Dog here, the
dog with praying mantis eyes.
Sure, I may make a rather bizarre
sight, but you'd be wise not to laugh--I may look funny, but
believe you me, don't underestimate, don't ridicule
what you think you see.
I'll rip out your throat just as
sure as you're standing there. You've seen out front, "Do not pet the dog, beware, he's a real b*****d!" I can't tell you the dip-s**t comments heard by me when people think I couldn't
possibly understand the words.
I want to snarl, "I'm right
here dude!" but they wouldn't comprehend. It's so frustrating, and happens
time and time again. My daddy must have been one cyclops
and then there was my mother. I inherited one eye from my father,
from my mother, the other.
You think it's easy being a total
laughing stock? Kids tease and ridicule me, the
cruel b******s mock my strange looks, but "I'm
always watching you, that's it, pet the cute doggy, just
put them through
the fence, that's it, such a nice
doggy!" Them digital b*****s, from your
knuckles I'll be setting free. Let's put it this way, you won't be
going bowling, not with your piggies gone, and
your fingerless hand in a sling!
