Something Serious, This Way Comes

My view of the world today

                                                                  

I'm not in the mood for a jovial poem,

 

something that makes you spew your Cheerios.

 

No, with all the s**t going down in the world,

 

not to mention the big clown car race

 

that is the presidential election, right here at home,

 

there's not much to laugh at, well, maybe sarcastically.

 

But no way are they funny, but I guess some people

 

are entertained. Electing our president, reduced to entertainment.

 

How sad is that?

Yeah Marie, it's VERY frightening, with the way some people eat it up--who are these people? Everyone I know thinks it's a disgrace!
