Banner Day!

I had no idea I sucked!

 

It's a Banner Day, shout it from the rooftops,

"Mike's writing is absolute s**t!" I pulled out all the stops

 

to piss someone off so much that they felt so outraged,

and they felt compelled to go on a literary rampage.

 

When I looked at their page, you know, to see how a pro

does it, but they had nothing posted yet, no

 

bits of their wisdom did they have to share with us all.

I'll tell you, thank god, it was a wakeup call.

 

I may have kept right on posting more s**t

but, thankfully, they straighten me out on it.

 

We shall see how to write, but until then, they got to see

their ingenuity for the rank in print, and for free!

 

I'm glad she told now I suck, before I posted something new.

I'm grateful to her, I had no idea my writing blew!
